The original version of the STAR Indicator was standardized on a sample of almost 2,000 individuals. We have documented and proved a strong relationship between test scores and supervisor ratings of actual sales performance as well as subsequent on-the-job performance. Each test is then followed with an individualized report and profile of the individual’s strengths and weaknesses in regards to:
